Yoko's brother's birthday was the good opportunity to taste the Chateau Chantegrive 2001 Cuvee Caroline offered by Mizuuchi-San. Great thanks to him! It was delicious with the birthday cake. I always thought that dry white wines from Graves are prefect dessert wines. I tend to prefer them to sweet wines from the area: Sauternes and so on... Take care anyhow: this wine vintage 2001 could not be kept much longer.
Note: I also do appreciate the Chateau Chantegrives red. The Leveque family works well.
