Tasting wines in Japan (Fukuoka) 福岡でワインの試飲

Yesterday we visited the Sopexa french food & wine event for professionals in Fukuoka. The event seemed well organized with good attendance. For us it was interesting to see other importers in Japan, and also taste their wines...
Such events are quite convenient though tasting conditions there may be not optimal.(Yes, home is better!). Yoko was in charge of public relations and I was just happy to taste a few things. I restricted myself to Burgundy and just two or three wines from Côtes du Rhones. Interesting.

昨日、福岡で行われたフランス農水省主催のフランス産食品・ワインの展示会に行ってきました。会はよく企画・運営され、多くの参加者が集っているようでした。私たちも他の輸入者とそのワインを見、試飲し、勉強させていただきました。
こういったイベントはかなり便利な一方、試飲する環境としては最適とはいいがたいように思います。（自宅が一番！）Yokoは社交担当で、私は専ら試飲を楽しみました。ブルゴーニュと2・3のコート・デュ・ローヌのワインだけに絞って試飲することにしました。面白かったですよ。
