Sakura in Kokura - Sun 8 April

Sharing food and wines with friends under the cherry trees in blossom. Chef Oishi from Shinkukan restauraut in Kokura prepared an awsome turtle soup. We drunk white wine with, in particular Uliz's Saint Romain 2008 tastes really fine by now with very particular & subtle minerality. We had no proper glasses... but that did not matter.
