Le chapitre 09 - tasting notes 31/12/2012 ル・シャピトル09 試飲ノート 2012年12月31日

Happy new year to all!

Updates on Petitprez's Le Chapitre 09 which I tasted yesterday on new year's eve. I find this wine rather typical from Côtes de Nuits. It had a magnificient dark colour. It was quite open, large and elegant just after opening. It became excellent after half an hour, with very enjoyable yet rather strong enveloping tannins, great length and a slightly salty (pencil lead?) mineral touch. This is terroir here! We kept a little wine for the day after and found it again very pleasant with great evolution.

大晦日の昨日飲んだプティプレのル・シャピトルの最新試飲コメントを。私はこのワインにコート・ド・ニュイの典型を比較的よく感じます。美しい深紅の色。かなり開いていて、抜栓直後から広がりとエレガントさを感じます。半時間ほどで巣晴らしい状態に。口中にまとわりつくタンニンは力強くも心地よく、長い余韻に、ミネラルの塩味（鉛筆芯？）のタッチ。これがこのテロワールです！ほんの少し翌日へ持ち越しましたが、素晴らしい熟成とともに再度楽しめるワインでした。
