2015年の収穫・・・ドメーヌ・アンリ・ジェルマン（ムルソー） Vendanges 2015 - Germain - Meursault

ブルゴーニュでのワインスクール研修！ 9月3日と4日にドメーヌ・アンリ・ジェルマンを訪問しました。4日の朝には、ムルソー赤「クロ・デ・ムーシュ」を収穫しました。最高のブドウの出来です。収穫したブドウを醸造所で選果テーブルにて選別しますが、取り除く悪い部分はわずかです。快く受け入れてくださったジャン=フランソワと彼のチームに感謝！

Wine school trip in Burgundy. We visited Domaine Henri Germain on the 3rd and 4th of September. In the morning of the 4th they harvested Meursault red "Clos des Mouches". Top-notch grapes, there was a sorting table but very little to get rid of. Thanks to Jean-François and his team to welcome us.
