Château Belle Brise à Pomerol 2003 シャトー・ベル・ブリーズ ポムロル 2003

まず最初に一言：赤ワインはまず何よりタンニンを楽しむものです！そしてそのタンニンは上質で適度に豊富でなければいけません。その意味ではこのワインは大変素晴らしいです。2003年という生産年は大変暑かったので、ワインの味わいはタンニンがとても熟した、ちょっと現代的ボルドーの味わいになっています。けれど、ベル・ブリーズでは、生産者が大変丹念に作っているので、ワインの抽出は適切で、不味かったり重たすぎたり雑味があるようなところは全くありません。13年経った現在、このワインに果実味を求めることはしないでください。そういうワインではありません。カルボニック・タイプの大変弱い抽出で作る所謂「自然」なワインを飲んでいるわけではありません。このワインは素晴らしい熟成アロマのワインです。香りは大変深く、わずかにある酸味、タンニンは大変柔らかく、口中の余韻はとても長い、石墨や黄タバコなどの複雑さがあります。ああ美味しい！ボルドーのワインがどれもこのように作られていたなら、私はボルドーが大好きです。

A reminder first of all: red wine is about tannins. They should be fine and in good quantity. With that respect I found this wine excellent. Vintage 03 was very hot so that this wine tastes a bit like modern Bordeaux wines. Nevertheless viticulture is top notch at Belle Brise and extractions are as always reasonnable, so that there is nothing rough or bad in this wine. This wine is now 13 years old (respect!) so please do not look for fruity aromas in it. This is not the purpose. We are not drinking so-called "nature" wines aka wines from very weak macerations of carbonic type. This wine shows great evolution aromas: very deep nose, and silky tannins very long in mouth with complex graphite and blond tobacco notes. Yum! Yes I like Bordeaux wines when they are done this way. 

D'abord un petit rappel: le vin rouge c'est avant tout une histoire de tannins! Ils doivent être qualitatifs et en quantité. De ce point de vue je trouve ce vin magnifique. L'année 2003 a été  très chaude, donc le vin ressemble aux Bordeaux modernes avec des tannins très murs. Mais la viticulture est très soignée à Belle Brise et les extractions ont été raisonnables, donc il n'y rien de grossier ni mauvais. Ce vin a maintenant 13 ans donc n'y cherchez plus de fruit! Ce n'est pas ça. (On n'est pas sur des vins "natures" aka des macérations inexistantes type carboniques...) Il sur de magnifiques arômes d'évolution: un nez très profond avec une légère acidité, des tannins soyeux très longs en bouche sur des notes complexes de graphite et de tabac blond. Mium. Grande leçon. Oui, j'aime Bordeaux quand c'est fait comme ça.
