Meursaut Perrières Henri Germain & Fils ムルソー・ペリエール アンリ・ジェルマン・エ・フィス

Les Perrières parcel is considered by many as the best one in Meursault. This wine is designed to deliver its full potential after about 10 years of ageing. This is so with all premier crus from Jean-François Germain, one of the most reliable winemaker in Meursault. I could taste this wine (vintage 11) in the barrel in Meursault. Minerality and complexity seemed already excellent though of course, it was, no time to drink it. As usual with great wines, patience will be rewarded.

ペリーエールはムルソーで最高の区画というのが多くの人の認識です。このワインは、約10年の熟成の後にその全容を現すようにデザインされています。ムルソーで最も信頼のおける生産者の一人、ジャン=フランソワ・ジェルマンの作るプルミエ・クリュのワインはどれもそうです。この2011年のワインを私はムルソーで樽から試飲することができました。ミネラル感と複雑さが既に素晴らしかったのですが、勿論まだ飲むべき時期ではありません。偉大なワインはどれもそうですが、待つ忍耐がきっと報われるでしょう。
